Payment Terms

Hainan Airlines has launched its In-Flight Duty Free Shopping service on international routes in Beijing, Haikou and Sanya as part of its comprehensive offering and to enhance the in-flight experience for travelers. During your flight, you can take your time to select from a wide range of well-known branded goods and premium quality products such as cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, souvenirs, tobacco and liquor. These items are sold at competitive prices, usually at below retail prices.
We accept all major currencies. Credit card payment is also acceptable if the total value of your in-flight purchase is between USD$15 - $300.
Our flight attendants will be pleased to assist with your in-flight shopping. Just sit back and enjoy a great shopping experience!

7.From 17 March 2007, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued a notification to passengers carrying liquid items on domestic flights as part of enhanced aviation security and in keeping with international aviation security standards. Transit passengers boarding Hainan Airlines flights shall request special bags for duty-free liquid items. The bags shall remain sealed throughout the flight. Please note that you must keep your boarding pass and the sales invoice or receipt of the purchase.
8.ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Principles and Guidelines shall apply to passengers boarding international and regional flights (including international transit passengers). Please take note of the following:
(1)Liquids shall be kept in containers with volume of no more than 100ml. Containers with volume of over 100ml cannot be carried on board even if they are not full. In this instance, they will need to be placed in checked baggage.
(2)Containers with liquids shall be placed in a resealable and transparent plastic bag with a maximum capacity of one liter. Each passenger is permitted to carry only one plastic bag. Any excess must be placed within checked luggage.

After-sales Service

Hainan Airlines offers our customers a replacement service for in-flight sale items that are unsatisfactory.
Please contact us within one month from the date of purchase and return the item together with the original packaging and sales invoice. We will not accept items which have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, accidents or tampering. Please note that due to regulations of local customs, duty free items such as liquor, tobacco, fragrances and cosmetics may not be exchanged.
