Accommodations for Transit Passengers
Hainan Airlines provides complimentary hotel accommodations and airport transfer for passengers with a stopover of at least 5 hours to connect to domestic flights and at least 6 hours to connect to international flights as well as an overnight stopover.
Complimentary hotel accommodations are currently not available at international connecting airports.
Notes for Transit Passengers
1) Hainan Airlines provides connection services in China at the following airports: Beijing, Xi’an, Haikou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Lanzhou, and Urumqi.
2) Passengers need to be sure that their boarding pass for the connecting flight and overweight baggage receipt are kept safely. Passengers with an paper air ticket shall present the valid flight coupon for their next flight to the airline staff at the connecting airport. If a passenger fails to present this coupon, the passenger will be subject to the regulations pertaining to the loss of coupons.
