Bangkok	Online check-in is available 42 hours before the scheduled departure (local time) for international flights from Bangkok to Beijing and will be closed 3 hours before the departure time. Please confirm the validity of your visa and passport. As the airport at Bangkok does not support boarding passes printed from online check-in, passengers should arrive at the Hainan Airlines Airport Check-in Counter 2 hours in advance to carry out check-in procedures and to obtain their boarding pass. Should you have any enquiries, please contact the supervisor of our airport Check-in counter.
Beijing	Online Check-in is available from 12:00 (Beijing time) the day before the day of departure for flights departing from Beijing to China domestic destinations and will be closed 2 hours before departure. According to airport requirements, printed out boarding passes from online check-in is not available for international flights departing from Beijing. Please use the boarding card issued when checking in manually at the check-in counter at Beijing capital airport T2. (Hainan Airlines check-in counters according to destination: Berlin D06-D10, Brussels C11-C15, Budapest, Toronto, Taipei and Seattle D01-D08, Moscow C15-C20. Please note these counters may vary according to different circumstances, please refer to infromation within the airport for the most up-to-date infromation.)

Brussels	Online Check-in is available 42 hours (local time) before departure for flights departing from Brussels to Beijing and flights departing from Brussels to Shanghai, and will be closed 2 hours before departure. Please confirm the validity of your visa and passport
Budapest	Online Check-in is available 42 hours (local time) before departure for flights departing from Budapest to Beijing, and will be closed 2 hours before departure. Please confirm the validity of your visa and passport.
Changchun	Online Check-in is available from 20:00 (Beijing time) the day before the day of departure for flights departing from Changchun to China domestic destinations and will be closed 2 hours before departure. Printed out boarding passes from online check-in are not supported at Changchun airport. If you do print out your boarding pass yourself, you will still need to take your printed out boarding pass to the check-in counter to obtain a useable boarding pass. Seats can still be selected online.
